KWP Liquid Ring Pump

Developed by KAISER in the mid-eighties, the KWP was the first water ring pump in a light construction for mobile applications. Inside the KWP housing, an eccentric rotor generates a ring of water via centrifugal force to suck in and compress air. This design is highly resistant to dirt particles and perfectly suited for vacuuming both wet and dry mediums. The contact-free rotor ensures quiet operation and a long life cycle, with no oil or lubricant contamination of the exhaust air. Maintenance-free oil-bath bearings are used. The lightweight construction increases the vehicle's payload, while the integrated Intercooler System maintains a low service water temperature, enabling continuous operation even at high ambient temperatures without overheating.
