Moro Kaiser Manual Rotation Suction Boom

The Moro Kaiser manual rotation suction boom is designed for top mounting on vacuum tankers. It is the first component that comes into contact with the sludge material and is the most complex part of the vacuum line during the entire path from the suction mouth to the tank. The manual center plate (1) controls the rotation of the suction boom and is provided with a pneumatic brake (2). The lifting and extension of the arm are made possible by means of hydraulic cylinders (3). The strong structure of the arm (4) is made to support the weight of the loaded material. The design focuses on ergonomics, precision in movements, and speed of use, ensuring minimum operator fatigue. Main features include manual rotation, pneumatic brake, 300° rotation angle, pneumatic gate valve, and a structure made of construction steel with guide rollers and line support.
